I have a 70 rogue and a 56 Warrior. I like them both.
Why I like my rogue:
* I can stealth when I don't feel like fighting. If I need to get to a specific objective and really don't feel like fighting through a dozen mobs to get there, stealth is ready for me.
* I fight fast and I fight dirty. Anything that can bleed or be poisoned will fall to me, and quickly.
* When I get bored, I can hang out in a city and sap flagged players.
* I can pick my own lockboxes and groups love me when I open that locked chest to reveal a blue BoE.
* If a fight gets nasty, I can always vanish, gouge or sprint away.
Why I like my warrior
* Tanking instances is really, really fun (even if it is sometimes stressful and causes headaches).
* I've never spent more than 30 minutes in LFG before finding a group who wants a tank.
* My gear looks hardcore.
* I can use any weapon I want.
* I can take a lot of hits.
* Given enough rage and good luck with crits, I can utterly DESTROY a mob with just a few hits.
And now the bad ...
What I don't like about my rogue
* When I get hit, I get hit big.
* My job in instances can be done by a robot -- sap, garrote, backstab the targets in kill order.
* Getting a PuG as a DPSer means long waits.
What I don't like about my warrior
* Leveling was pretty hard.
* To do well, I need to either spend lots of money or lots of time in instances to keep my gear up to date.
* I have to fight through everything to get to my goal. (no stealth)
* If I find myself in a bad situation, I'm pretty much ground beef.
